By accessing or using Viremo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Viremo provides cloud-based development environments accessible through mobile devices and web browsers. Our service allows users to:

• Create and manage virtual development workspaces
• Access development tools and AI coding assistants
• Store and execute code in secure, isolated environments

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Usage Limits and Billing

4.1 Service Tiers

We offer multiple service tiers with different usage limits:

• Free: 60 minutes per week
• Dabbler: 5 hours per week ($3.99/week)
• Wizard: 10 hours per week ($5.99/week)
• Psycho: 20 hours per week ($8.99/week)

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed weekly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use excessive resources that impact other users
• Mine cryptocurrency or run distributed computing tasks

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all code, files, and data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6.2 Content Security

While we implement security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with 30 days notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Viremo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
